配合企業製作半年財務報表，會計師事務所8月忙翻天。基層查帳員
面對企業整整兩季的帳務資訊，往往周六、日都須到客戶辦公室加班。
配合各財務報表截止日，會計師事務所審計部門的「忙季」，通常是
每年1月到5月，以及7、8、10月。忙季期間，查帳員每天不進事務所
上班，直接到客戶公司查帳。審視客戶財會人員所製作的財務報表，
是否符合規定，並核對交易憑證，同時抽查部分憑證是否為真實交易。
為照顧基層人員的身體健康，會計師事務所近年特別重視同仁的工作
、生活平衡，扭轉「查帳員等於爆肝行業」的形象。
資誠明年起將強迫員工加班須經申請、禁止加班到午夜。勤業眾信設
定「減少加班」及「健康樂活」為今年目標。安侯建業固定舉辦員工
運動會，並與健身房簽約供員工運動。
